Kappa with Mulaku

Ingredients :-
  • Tapioca - 1 kg
  • Salt - as required
For Mulaku chutney:
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Small Onion Sliced - 2
  • Salt - as required
  • Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Preparation Method:
  1. Clean the tapioca and cut it into big round pieces. Cook in water and salt till done.
  2. When the tapioca gets cooked, drain the rest of water. Serve with Mulaku chutney.
Mulaku Chutney :
  1. Mix all the ingredients to a paste for the chutney to be used with the cooked tapioca.
