Cucumber Onion Raita is used along with Biriyani, Pulav and Chappathi.
- Chillies - 2
- Thick Curd - 1 cup
- Salt - as required
- Coriander leaves - few
- Peel the small cucumber and cut them into cubes.
- Cut onions and chillies also into small slices.
- Mix the curd into the vegetables along with salt and mix well.
- Allow it stand covered for 5 minutes. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
