- Tomatoes - 3 medium sized
 
Channa dal - 2 tbs- Coconut scraped - 1 cup
 - Green chillies - 5
 - Salt - as per taste
 - Sugar - 1 tsp
 
- Fry channa dal using little oil, then fry tomatoes cut in to pieces.
 - Now grind all the indredients together.
 - For seasoning use mustard seeds and udid dal.
 - It tastes best for dosa, idli, etc.
