Ingredients:-
- 2 cups curds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green chili
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped shallots or onion
- 6-7 curry leaves
- Salt, water
Preparation Method:
- Beat the curds until smooth and stir in the turmeric powder.
- Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds splutter, add the chopped shallots, curry leaves and green chili.
- Lower the heat to minimum and pour the curds in. Add water if required.
- Heat with stirring, and take off heat before it comes to a boil.
- Serve hot.
