Inji Thayiru

Ingredients :-

  • Ginger - 2 tbsp, grated
  • Green chillies or birds’ eye chillies -1 - 2, finely chopped
  • Pearl onion - 2 - 3, chopped (You can avoid this if you are preparing it for sadya)
  • Yoghurt - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
  • Curry leaves - 1-2 , chopped (optional)
  • Salt  - To taste
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste-check for salt. Serve with rice.
