Ingredients :-
- Ginger - 2 tbsp, grated
- Green chillies or birds’ eye chillies -1 - 2, finely chopped
- Pearl onion - 2 - 3, chopped (You can avoid this if you are preparing it for sadya)
- Yoghurt - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
- Curry leaves - 1-2 , chopped (optional)
- Salt - To taste
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste-check for salt. Serve with rice.
